6. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase

  • Orders are confirmed only after payment is processed

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order

Once accepted, cancellations may not always be possible.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

  • Delays due to logistics, customs, or external factors are not our liability

  • Risk transfers to the customer once the product is shipped

8. CANCELLATION, RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Orders cancelled within 24 hours: Full refund (minus 1% gateway charges)

  • Orders cancelled after 24 hours: ₹1000 + gateway charges applicable

  • Customized products: Making charges are non-refundable

  • Refunds processed to original payment method or bank account

15-day return policy applies (excluding certain items like coins).
