RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. 15-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

At The Jewel House / Ivee Jewels, we offer a 15-Day No Questions Asked Money Back Policy to ensure your purchase meets your expectations.

If you wish to return a product within 15 days of delivery, you are eligible for:

  • Full refund, or

  • Exchange

A processing and logistics charge of ₹1500 per product will be deducted from the refund amount. This charge shall be borne by the customer.


2. NON-APPLICABLE CASES

The 15-Day Money Back Policy is not applicable in the following cases:

  1. Exchanged Products

    • A product can be exchanged only once under the 15-Day Exchange Policy

    • Any further exchange will be treated as a Lifetime Exchange

  2. Customized / Personalized Products

    • Products that are engraved, customized, or made-to-order are not eligible for return


3. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

To qualify for return, the product must:

  • Be in unused, unworn, and saleable condition

  • Have no scratches, damage, or alterations

  • Be returned with original packaging, tags, and certificates intact

  • Include original invoice or a copy

⚠️ If packaging, tags, or certificates are tampered with or missing, the return may be rejected.


4. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@iveejewels.com within 15 days of delivery

  2. Keep the product ready in original packaging

  3. Hand over the product to our authorized logistics partner

  4. Ensure you collect a pickup acknowledgement (receipt / tracking / SMS)


5. QUALITY CHECK & REFUND

  • Once we receive the product, it undergoes a quality inspection

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days

Refund Method:

  • Prepaid Orders → Refunded to original payment method (Card / UPI / Net Banking)

  • COD Orders → Refunded to customer’s bank account


6. ADDITIONAL DEDUCTIONS

The following deductions may apply:

  • ₹1500 processing & logistics fee (standard deduction)

  • ₹1500 additional deduction if original certificate is missing

  • 1% deduction on EMI orders (based on total order value)

Products showing signs of:

  • Wear & tear

  • Resizing by external jewellers

  • Damage

will not be eligible for return.


7. RETURN SHIPPING

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged by us if required

  • Shipping and handling charges are borne by the customer

  • In certain cases, ₹1000–₹1500 may be deducted towards logistics


8. PARTIAL RETURNS & FREE GIFTS

  • Free gifts are treated as discounts

  • In case of partial returns, the discount value will not be refunded


9. POLICY CHANGES

Ivee Gems & Jewellery Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
Changes will be effective immediately upon being published on the website.
